I’m Liz. Also known as Lizzie Dee over on instagram. I am the creator behind the You Are Here guided cancer binder and the writer of all the thoughts and ideas shared here.

I am also a breast cancer survivor, self advocate, supporter of humankind and kind humans.

While I am dreaming up new creative content, I am a stay at home mom to three (two girls, one boy), girls soccer coach, Disney travel agent and self-help junkie. My husband is an introvert, bless him. We make a well-balanced team (usually).
